When this expectation is not met by way of manufacturing damage or defect that has been caused by the incorrect production process of the goods we will endeavor to resolve the issue with the manufacture as quick as possible and provide you (the original purchaser) with one of the following that is deemed most suitable:
repair or replace goods (or part of them)
resupply a similar product
provide compensation to the consumer limited to the cost of a repair or replacement value.
Please note your product/s may need to be sent to the manufacturer to be assessed before a decision can be made regarding an exchange or refund. In the event this happens, our team will stay in touch throughout the process. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to get the goods back to store for assessment. If it is deemed a manufacturing defect, Salty Palm Surf Co. will cover the costs of freight for the replacement product.
If you are unsure about whether a product has a manufacturing fault, please feel free to call our Shop before sending it back to us for an initial assessment over the phone.
We are also happy to assist with repairs. We will send non-warranty or out of warranty products purchased from us to one of our repairers for assessment and a formal quote.
If you have received an incorrect item or a damaged item from Salty Palm Online, simply contact our store straight away and one of our friendly staff will help resolve the issue with you as quickly as possible and get you the correct product at no added expense to you. We will also issue you a store credit of 10% of the value of the purchase to compensate you for the inconvenience.
