Customer Care

Salty Palms Surf Co is  a 100% Australian owned family business that was started in 2018. Although only recently opened, the Owners have been in and around the SUP and Surf Industry since 2010 and have built up a great knowledge of the Market and already have a large loyal customer following.

As always, the customer is our main priority and we strive to provide the best value products with expert advise. We currently employ local and experienced surf lovers and we hope to build this as the business grows and we can inject more back into the business and community.

Over the past 10 years we have supported local and National Events, sponsorship to young and experienced riders and support to Charities. Our missions is to continue to be able to do this well into the future.

 

We also take an environmentally conscious mindset when sourcing suppliers and products and work with Companies who are operating in an environmentally manner

Salty Palm Surf Co. operates its site with  "Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS)" which is a secure protocol through which it communicates with other sites. 

A Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL certificate is also activated on our site and works alongside the HTTPS to give all visitors a safe and secure connection.

We accept Credit card and Paypal payments and all payments made via the website are protecetd both by these card facility payment security systems and the secure connection outlines earlier

Our customers privacy is of the highest importance to us and we will take all necessary steps to keep your information safe and secure and we will not sure this with any external third parties.
